Garage Sale 2006

Well we had our first annual garage sale this weekend. We made some pretty good money. Got rid of a bunch of crap and some decent stuff also. The highlights included:

– a young kid wondering what games my old school Motorola flip phone played
– the neighbor boy buying gifts for his mom’s anniversary
– the friendly people we basically gave stuff away to
– the rude people we made pay full price
– the guy I thought for sure was going to crack his skull test driving roller blades down our drive way

We also had a BBQ on Sunday night which went well (with our new 50,000 BTU/HR kick-ass BBQ) except for the rain. We all stood on the deck in denial as the rain poured down. Of course as soon as we finished dinner the sun re-apeared.
